    The GCU Drive Forward Program is an in-house CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) training initiative at Gulf Coast Underground designed to develop talent from within, create upward mobility, and support long-term career growth in the infrastructure sector. This program pays employees to train for their Class B CDL and provides both financial and professional incentives for completion.

    • Paid Training: Employees receive their full wage while attending CDL training.
    • $1/hour Raise: Awarded immediately upon successfully earning the Class B CDL.
